Gunsmith recommendation

I have a stainless long action Win 70 that is soon to become a 280 AI and am looking for recommendations for a smith to do the action/rebarreling work. I live in North Central WY and travel through eastern MT and SW ND often. The smith doesn't necessarily have to live in an area where we can have face time, but I'm sure there are good local smiths to me, so what do you all think?

Interestingly enough, Basin, WY is only about 8 miles from my home in Greybull, WY. I may have to check him out.
