I'm new to this posting stuff! Not much on this internet. I live in OR. with my wife, in a little town called La Pine. I'm looking to get into long range shooting.
Trying to decide on a rifle and scope combo. I have a 30-06 that I've had since I was 18. It shoots a 1/2 min now, but I want something that will cleanly harvest an animal at long range and I'm not comfortable with the '06. Not enough energy out to far. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks!
