I really didn't do just a whole lot to it. I made a bronze bushing for the rear trigger guard/ action screw so when the screw was tightened that it would tighten against the stock instead of the trigger guard itself. I put a .250 ground recoil lug and NSS barrel nut on it. Bedded it into the stock, adjusted the feed lips on the magazine some. I was able to get the trigger down to around 2.25lbs. Timney makes a trigger for it but I'm just going to leave the factory one there. I did have to inlet the barrel Channel just a little, but not much.
I swapped the bolt head to a mag bolt head.
