Here in Oregons Willamette Valley, we are loosing public access to areas for shooting. 1 reason is because of the woods being used for a garbage dump. Land owners and their agents see water heaters, and what ever shot full of holes and assume its those whiskey bottle shooting gun idiots. Its not us the enthuists we all have very nice target set ups that come and leave with us. we all take other peoples garbage out. there really isnt anything we can do about it. However we are now discourageing the use of anytning other than genuine tagets on target stands that are designed to be reused and taken home when the day is over. Hopefully the gun idiot will learn from our example just how important a good target is.
