There is no doubt in my mind that Obama has always fully intended to advance his gun control agenda. He is a master manipulator and spent his first term setting the stage for this attack on the 2nd Amendment, America in general, and everything that has made this country great. Look back to his responses when questioned about gun control. He never gives direct full answers. He was, and still is, trying to back door us through the UN Small Arms Treaty. He does not believe in our Constitution except when it serves his purpose. This is a hunting site, and many here may feel that they don't have a dog in the fight. But you do. We need to stand together, the hunter, the plinker, the competitive shooter, the collector, etc. all need to be busy writing our elected officials, joining & supporting the NRA, GOA, NAGR and even more importantly talk to your friends & family members about what's going on. Especially those that don't hunt or shoot. There are only +/- 50 million gun owners in the US, that means there are in the neighbor hood of 230 million potential gun owners out there, and we need to educate and recruit as many as we can. They might only be talking about black rifles, semi-autos, and 'high' capacity rounds now, but that can change quickly, especially if they have any success with the current proposed controls. It's happened in many other countries across the globe. Let's not let it happen here.
