I've got 1,000 CCI 450 primers to spare but I would be concerned with shipping regulations. Anyone know what is required to ship person to person?

I have tried to check on shipping, but seem to get a different answer from everyone I talk to. It would be nice to know EXACTLY what is allowed and required for one civilian to ship primers to another.

It sure would be a whole lot easier if you would fill your profile out completely so everyone can tell where you live instead of having to ask the same question every time. I have some 450's and would trade but I don't think we as individuals can legally ship primers hence the importance of your location.
