Hi All,
I have up for sale a nice little project gun of mine... A real shooter.
Factory barrel and action- new Ceracote, 11 degree new crown.
Bolt is also ceracoted with jeweling removed.
Stainless aftermarket extractor and stainless gas block.
Tubb Speedlock duo spring/s.
Timney trigger, set at 2lbs.
Bell & Carlson Stock- bedded.
PTG Obendorf style bottom metal w/ stainless screws.
Shoots 1/2" groups with Hornady factory ammo- 139 GMX's.
Have not shot anything else through it.
This rifle was very lightly used when I bought it.
I have the wood stock for it as well... Only flaw is in the forend at the sling stud where the previous owner over tightened and chipped it.
Asking $1200 for rifle.
With scope- $2500
Scope- Leupold VX- 6 3-18x44mm 30mm tube- Boone & Crockett reticle ($1199)
Rings- American Precision (APA- $200)
Bases- Burris XTB's Bedded to the action (not stuck).
Nice quick little gun! Great for whitetail or mulies! Great for any man, woman or child.
Heck, one of my buddies shot a nice 6x6 Bull Elk last year with a similar set up @ 425yds- same cartridge.... Dead in his tracks!
