Does anyone have any comments on Alpen Optics products?

Does anyone have any comments on Alpen Optics products? My nephew won a certificate for 60% off Alpen optics and aske if their suff is any good. Since I have never used any of their products, I figured I'd ask if anyone outh ther does. Any comments? Thanks in advance.

I have a 6-24x50 on a 22-250 and its not bad. The optics dont seem to be good enough for long distance, but it does well for a lower priced scope. It is far better than some other scopes I have had. But I have never looked through any of there other products.
