The gun is built by Defensive Edge. The caliber is 338 Remington Ultra Mag.
It is similar in balistics to the 338 Edge. The Edge is based on the 300 Ultra mag case. It has a only a slight ballistic advantage over the RUM. I bought the 338 RUM in the event that I ever need I could buy a box of ammo at the store.

I tried getting pictures of the bolt to show the fluting. The black teflon coating did not reflect enough light to show the flutes unless I held the camera almost right next to it.
