To chamber my stw to a stw ackley improved when it's time to set the barrel back. I have a custom die coming to form peterson blank brass to my current chamber...but it would be nice for brass life to have the ai. Performance wise I don't care...my stw is shoving a 195 berger at 3130fps....that's fast enough.

That is a quandry. Don't know how long before you plan on having the barrel set back... But maybe get a new barrel chambered and die cut with the AI reamer in the queue? That way you have a whole new chambering to play with and no down time, when you decide to retire the current barrel.
