Has anyone had any dealings with this company. I sent an order in on Jan. 7 and have not heard from them since. I got a confimation email that they received the order (and charged my credit card) but can get no reply. I have emailed them 4 time as to the status of the order and have heard nothing. Does anyone have a phone number they can be reached at.
