Custom 300wm value

So I have a custom built 300wm that I'm considering selling. I just don't have any where in these N GA hills to take advantage of it. Id like some input on what this rifle should bring in the real world market. I'm new here and sorry if this is posted where it shouldn't be. Thanks

Rem 700 action blueprinted
300wm
Lilja 3 groove 25in with threaded brake (sendero contour)
Timney 510
All metal coated in KG guncoat
B&C Long range hunter stock (bedded)
20 moa talley base with warne rings
400 rounds through it, all work was completed by well known builder in GA.

Definitely a little less than what is in my mind but not Way off.
