I have for sale a custom 280 Remington. All gunsmithing done by Jerry at Benchmark Barrels. Only has 1 round test fired through it and has sat in the safe ever since. I don't have loading dies or components availlable for it, what you see is what you get. Whole rifle as it sits weighs only
8 lbs even! Great long range hunting rifle. To have this rifle made would cost about $2,100. I would like $1600 shipped and insured to your ffl for an essentially new unfired rifle.

Built on a Remington 721 (clip slotted 700 basically) Long Action
- 3 position safety added

- .250 PTG lug
- Trigger tuned to 2.5 lbs (its very crisp)
- EGW 20 MOA 1pc base
Epoxy bedded and barrel free floated
Mcmillan Winchester Marksmen BDL stock
- No cheek piece makes it fully ambidextrous and also accommodates a sadle cheek piece i.e. Karsten.

Krieger cut-rifled, 1-9 twist, 4 groove, #4 contour barrel, finished lenght 26"
