To me it was noticeable. With my setup that was built as a everyday hunter/tree stand hunter it was front heavy with ultralight stock. I did not weigh it but new magnum contour barrel is tapered and lighter at business end. I would guess I lost 1#.

would this work on a remington action? what all would i need to install? barrel nut, savage nut wrench and go/no go gauges?
