Copper Bullets?

Cutting edge 180 mth bullets are supposedly .650
And pva offers a 170 with a claimed bc of .77
Just curious about hammer bullets, seeing lots of love for them on here

I'd say there is maybe a mono that has the bc of the ablr, maybe, but you would have to get target monos that won't work for hunting. King of 2 mile guys seems to make monos work as they hold higher bc's farther out and are way more consistently made than a cup/core.

They probably don't start to wobble as they slow down, since they are almost perfectly balanced. Any inconsistency at all in jacket thickness can influence this when the bullet gets way down-range and is going pretty slow - or so I have read. I have never shot nearly far enough to experience this, and it may be largely theoretical and hard to prove. I'm sure that we have some ballisticians on this forum who could address that one.
