Cooper Arms Model 21 .223. Bought this new 26 years ago. Has approximately 400 rounds. Test target showed .16. It is a .3 to .35 shooter. This includes a 4 to 12 Nikon. Scope has only been on this rifle. Only bullets through it are 52 grain Sierra blitz, have not tried any others. Price is $1750 shipped to your FFL. PM me for payment info.

I have owned Coopers and still have a couple. They are accurate! Very well built with great triggers. Will make someone very happy.
 
Older Cooper 223's were in 14". Newer and current are 1 in 12". Not sure what the change year was, would be curious to find out.
I just bought a LH MTV 21, so I will check the twist rate once I get it, as I am not sure of the exact age.
Either way, 50 and 55s should be a pretty safe bet, unless they are solid copper, VLD, or boattail.
I have some 55 TTSX loaded that I am going to try, just to see how it does. Those I'm not expecting to do well, but we'll see.
