The question here is which action will work better if I was to have it clip slotted? The Rem 700 SA or the Howa SA. I was thinking of using one of the actions for a scout rifle build with CDI bottom metal and ACIS mags.
However I'm not even sure the mags can be toped off with stripper clips in the first place?
