Chronographs

I have the trigger, and the biggest frustration is it will activate and read an error when you work the bolt. which is more frustrating than missing the occasional reading from normal use, is there a way to get around the bolt triggering the radar?
I'd have to go look but I believe you can turn down the sensitivity.

edit:

Just played with mine and you can set the trigger level higher which should help.

Thanks… I will give that a try. I like the trigger a lot when shooting suppressed, because that is where I get most of my missed shots, but the bolt thing was driving me crazy!

Harbor Freight has a smaller box that is built the same way. The LabRadar will fit in it but there isn't much room to spare. The only downside to the model 3800 (pictured) is that it's twice as deep as needed.
I picked up one of the XL boxes for the lab radar and if you plan just right, you can remove the first level of foam and cut into the second level and then place the radar itself on the first level… gave me a bunch more options for activities…🤣

Has anyone heard anything about the Andix Radar that F Class John reviewed on Youtube a few years ago?
It's super small and can be mounted on the side of the rifle and does not affect the accuracy.
Then there is the small Bullet Seeker Mach 4 but have not seen prices or availability on any them.

I also saw that video, but there is nothing listed for sale anywhere. All I can find is the information on the two different models.

It looked interesting tho…

I just ordered the bullet seeker. Said it should be available mid March

I'll be glad to hear your report as it sure looks like the best option from what I have seen so far.
Several folks at one of the ranges I go to has constant problems with their present systems.

If you do have an issue you can buy a kinetic trigger. I use one because I shoot at crowded public ranges and it works like a charm.
I use the acoustic trigger little (microphone) that came with the LabRadar, and have no trouble at all suppressed or not.

Especially at a range with other users around you must change the frequency you were operating on to be different from others around you.
