Changing reticles

Ola ya'll,

Kind of a two pronged question.
Does anyone have any experience with the customer service department at Zeiss?
I am contmplating a change to a mil-dot reticle on the 6.5-20x50 Conquest. I do not have any experience using a mil-dot scope, but I'm thinking it would be fun to learn.

I've never dealt with Zeiss, but I continue to be amazed at teh customer service at Leupold. I've now had the last two Leupold VX-II's converted to mildots... and now all my scopes are mildot. It is SO much easier (for me) than dialing in elevation or estimating holdover.

Do get a Mildot Master, though.
