CF barrel, cerakoted painted.

Hi
Has someone painted a complete CF barrel with cerakote? not only the chamber and muzzle metalics parts, but complete.
For a particular project, I would like to paint in a single color, the whole barreled action.
I was wondering if this would in any way harm the behavior of the barrel.
Any advice/experience, will be appreciated.

to get the best answer for your particular barrel, you should ask the barrel manufacture (as it will probably depend on the resin they use)

I did this with a CF stock, and the manufacture said it would not hurt the stock, but do not use the heat cure cerakote, only the air dry series

It would be a Proof barrel, I didn´t mention it.
