Can anyone help me with Lds. 300 RUM & 7mm Rem Mag & Speer Bear Claw bullets

I just pick up a box of 200gr. Speer Bonded Bear Claw & one box of 140gr Speer Bonded Bear Claw. I'm looking for loads for these bullets for my 300 RUM & my 7mm Rem. Mag. Is there anyone out there that can help me with loads for these guns. As Speer thinks a lot of there bullets.
Any help you can share would be a blessing. Thanks David
