Burris timberline 4.5-14x32

Hi guys, this scope will be damaged if I place it on a 30-06 rifle or a .308 win? Burris timberline 4.5-14x32....

I dont think it should be damaged but to make absolutely sure, give Burris a call.

Shouldn't hurt it a bit. Burris advertises the Timberline as ideal for "muzzleloaders, slug guns, mountain rifles". All of those are potentially high recoil firearms.

I own one and they are rugged. I have had mine on .270W up to 7mm Rem Mag with 175s! Its a fine scope, very bright too!
