SOLD/EXPIRED Browning Safari Sako 22-250 Sako action made in 1968

I'm selling a really nice Browning Safari grade 22-250 made in 1968 with a Sako action. Bluing and wood look really nice. It's been used but well taken care of. Feel free to PM questions or if you need more pictures.

Is this a heavy barrel and how firm are you on the price?

I'm not sure how many barrel contours fn/browning used but this is probably medium or heavy. A lot of my older Sako rifles have heavy contours as well even though they were considered sporter rifles.

If its 24inch, it is what Browning considered they're heavy barrel, the spotter barrel version is 22inch, they offered 2 contours for varmint calibers, 222 rem, 222 rem mag, 22-250, and 243 win, and only on the sako actions, they offered the 243 on both the sako forester/medium action and a small ring FN mauser,

Thanks for that information.

23.375" from receiver to muzzle, barrel diameter at receiver 1.165", barrel diameter at muzzle .675".
