Yes, all I have owned. Mcarbo trigger spring kit.

I hear it is more difficult now.

You can also buy after market triggers.

Done the McCarbo spring on the 2 X-bolts I have well worth the time and money.

I've never measured but I like mine. I didn't adjust it all the way down but it's a nice clean break.

I've got 2 Xbolt's and both shoot great for any rifle let alone a $1200 one. MCarbo spring and triggers are very good.

Heck....I'll buy it from you for $500. That will solve the issue and allow you to buy another brand.

They really aren't too bad IMO. Somebody must have complained about the triggers on a forum and others repeated it. They are one of the better factory hunting triggers I have used as is.

Yeah that group I posted was out of the box with Federal Premium 7mm-mag 160gr partitions. If it ain't broke- don't fix it.

I would love to find a reasonably priced Gold Medallion maple stock x-bolt in .280AI- they are just sexy as hell. A little tiger stripe in the stock- Mmmmmm.... drool......

The bolt has a rough sandblasted finish and the probably plated or not. This makes for a bolt that does not run very smooth, The teflon or delrin makes it cycle somewhat better.
I think they fixed a problem to lower manufacturing cost and created another problem, This sort of fixes it. You can see the rub mark on the bolt supporting the back of the bolt when it is cycled.
