Built by Bill Wiseman (manufacturer of the original "McMillan Rifle Barrel") in College Station, TX. Black teflon coated rifle consists of free-floated 24" varmint weight fluted Wiseman bbl; blueprinted Remington M700 action; black HS Precision Varmint stock; Leupold VX-III 6.5-20x long range scope with 30MM tube, 40MM objective, side focus adjustment; Badger Ordinance rings and 20 MOA B.O. base. Rifle shoots lights out with factory Federal 55gr soft points. No need to reload. Best group with this factory load is .379" with a 6 shot group. I am the second buyer. Original buyer used it on one predator hunt and needed funds. I have shot it less than 60 times. Very accurate, and well balanced.
