Barrel for rem 700

Just browsing some barrels in stock got me curious. There are a few different outside diameters at the shank end available. One is like 1.350 the other 1.250.. if I was looking for a rem 700 action what size would I need? Sorry if this is a silly question, I just want to make sure I order the right barrel. Looking for an edge build, a 7 saum build, and a 6.5 x284
