barrel bedding tool size

I have a varmint barrel that measures 1.062 at the chamber and .800 at the muzzle... what size bedding tool do I use?

Not sure what your meaning exactly. If your talking about inletting or scraping out a barrel channel then I'd go with the largest tool you can use without exceeding the contour.

OR

Just have the stockwork done on a CNC and then you know it's right.

hey thanks... the main thing is the 1" inletting tool... I used a 1" dowl and 35 grit sand paper.. came out awsome.:)
