I have a varmint barrel that measures 1.062 at the chamber and .800 at the muzzle... what size bedding tool do I use?

Not sure what your meaning exactly. If your talking about inletting or scraping out a barrel channel then I'd go with the largest tool you can use without exceeding the contour.

    OR

Just have the stockwork done on a CNC and then you know it's right.

    Good luck.
