Ballistics

I'm new to ballistics and am trying to find a real "quality' ballistic program to use for my 300 Win Mag on my Desk Top Computer. From what I read, the "Exbal Ballistic Software" is one of the best out there. But, everywhere I check, I can't find any info on how to download it on my computer. There's info out there on it, but nothing for my computer. It's all very confusing. Can it be done, or is it only for Android or Apple phones?? Thanks Guys!
