Aperture sight for T/C Hawken

Is anyone familiar with or aware of a good aperture sight that could be used with the Thompson Center Hawken Rifle? My eyes are aged to the point that I can not focus to shoot well with the open buckhorn type sights anymore. I do shoot M1 and M1A fine with aperture.
