I'm about to work up some loads for a 7RM and I have some 175gr lrab's. Problem is it is a 9.5 twist. Has anyone had any luck w/ this combination? Nosler says 1:9, but they also have an older chart recommending 1:9.5. So which is it? I'll probably end up loading for it anyways unless negative reviews pop up. I'll prob push it with H4831sc.

Depends on your elevation and velocity and barrel. The Berger 180 can run thru a 9.5 so I would at least try it.

At sea level my 9 twist wouldn't stabilize them..

Wow really? What caliber and will your barrel stabilize the 180 hybrids? They are pretty much the same length.

One good thing is we live at 3500 and most hunting will be done at higher elevation.
