Hey guys does anyone have a Caldwell G2 chronograph? I received one for Christmas from my inlaws and have recently been trying to get a load worked up for a new to me 7RM.. I feel like I have been getting lower velocities than I believe are right. If anyone has one, how accurate do you feel yours is? Is there anything I could be doing wrong? I'm shooting off a bench through it and it's at about 1'-6"-2'-0" from the muzzle.. the rifle is a R700 with a 26" barrel. The load is a 160GR nosler AB, hornady brass, CCI250 primer, RE22.. the loads I just shot this weekend were 64-64.8 grains 5 shot groups. The highest average MV I got was 2763.5. I feel like there is no way that's right..thanks for any help guys!
