Any chance on a last minute rifle hunt?

I moved to NW Nebraska last fall, and was un-aware i needed to apply for a draw tag. being from Arkansas, i always just bought tags when i wanted to hunt. So long story short, being unfamiliar with the draw system, i missed my window. A friend of mine came up to work here this fall, and was wanting to kill an antelope to mount. Nothing trophy sized, just a 11+ is what i hear makes a nice looking goat on the wall. Anyways, what i'm wondering is do any of you know any location in SD or eastern WY i would have ANY chance to get a rifle tag for the both of us? This will be the most convenient time for us both to ever get a chance at goats, and i've got a new Tikka i need to try out. We both grew up hunting, and aren't un-experienced hunters. Anyways, thanks for the info if there is any to be had.

There are left over tags in WY. I went to unit 23 last year after we did not draw. Plenty of Antelopes access to public land is not great but manageable. Good luck.
