is it possable to get a 6mm PPC uisng a factory rifle with an average 24 inch barrel to produce 1700 ft lbs of energy ??

yes , i take it you want it deer legal for the uk? I use 29.5 grains of n133(approach with caution) and a 70 grain bullet for a muzzle velocity of 3400 fps from a 24" shillen. This will get you over 1700ft/lbs
