Another 7mmWSM brass problem , please help !

Ok guys I have another issue I found on my cases , well I dunno if it's an issue but I have never had it happen before I am attaching images of what I'm seeing. There's a bright ring at base of case , perfect line all the way around the case . The ring measures .554 and just above the ring is .555, it's once fired ! Thanks ! Also looked inside and checked with paperclip and found no noticeable lip or cracks inside the case. Also I resized these in a full length sizing die bumping back shoulder 2 thousands after firing but the ring was there after firing the first time .

Completely normal. That mark is made by the end of the chamber and sizing die. Perfectly normal
Your doing more damage to the cases with that saw than anything.

Lmao no doubt ! Case web is a lot harder to cut than I thought with the worlds smallest hack saw ha ha ! Thank you for the help brother ! Glad it's normal , I'll proceed with life now .

As you found in your cut.The web cannot be sized,would break die.So you see change show in form of line/on brass where die stops sizing.
