Not too often especially the AMPII. AMPII is in high demand and on backorder all the time. Don't know if AMP is having issues with getting parts. There are quite a few DYI making Induction Annealers because of the price savings. There are also a lot of propane annealer manufactures. Try doing a search on LRH. There are a lot of Posts and reviews.

Every now and again, you will see a Benchsource or Annealeez. Maybe every 3 months.
