A Great Day - Christmas Present Ordered

After years of holding off, I finally ordered 4 boxes of Barnes 375, 270 gr. LRX's. I probably have a lifetime supply of 250 gr. TTSX's, and just couldn't bring myself to order the LRX's.

While I've got a great load with the 250 gr. TTSX's, I just don't like bullets that light in my .375, plus the LRX has a much better BC. Now, I have to wait until next summer to start load development! It's gonna be a long 8 months waiting on hot weather! If Ican get the accuracy and the velocities I envision (OK, fantasize) about…..I'll be a very happy camper!

It should be a good long, well medium, range "thumper"! memtb

Congrats but I thought you were a 338 w/mag guy,wait just remembered it's your Wife that shoots and hunts with the 338w/mag ,it's my biggest caliber also and I love the round , Barnes still makes one great bullethope they thrill you ,pun intended, Cheers your Very lucky to hunt with your Wife
