9.3x62 Rifle

Any you had in mind? I saw a nice looking CZ on Gunbroker. The Ruger M77 African is a nice one too if you can find one. They have skyrocketed in price though. Sako offers many models as well. Great pick on the cartridge, it's one of my favorites!

Ruger African in 9.3x62mm with the express sights is the best I've ever handled. Has all the bells and whistles that a proper African thumper should have.

I have a Ruger African first gen and it is an absolutely amazing rifle. Shoots 250 grain Accubonds in tight groups. My only knock would be it is a little heavy. If you could find one, that's the one I would get. Good luck in your search!

I have the Lipseys? special edition that they did a run of. It's got a thin tapered barrel and actually weight around 7.5 lbs unscoped. It is a joy to shoot too. Points very well.

G19–nice rifle, what scope is that? I have a NIB Lipsey 275 Rigby and there is a big difference in weight between the 275 and my first gen 9.3x62. What bullet are you shooting?

My buddy and I are going to Africa in either 24 or 25 and he also wants a wood stocked 9.x62 and they are scarce, I'm not sure why.

What's your budget?

CZ 550 9.3x62 Mannlicher 20.5".
Adjustable & set trigger
Burris Signature 1.75-5 Safari post reticle
Warne CZ QD rings
Iron sights can be reinstalled
Cycles smooth as butter
Borescope shows a beautiful bore (Like a hand lapped match grade)

VX3i 1.5-5 on that one. I was eyeing up the .275 when it was released. I really wish I would've jumped on it!
I having done any extensive load development on it yet but plan to shoot Lapua and PRVI brass with 250 Accubond, 286 gr Lapua Mega and the Nosler Solids. Currently using factory PRVI 286 gr SP I bought 10 boxes of before the price hike. I also have a bunch of Barnes X I bought from 8x68 on here that I intend to "plink" with. I could never get Barnes to shoot in any of my rifles so it'll be range fodder. Have some 9x18 Makarov Bullets I will be making rabbit fart loads with too.

I think in the last couple years, the 9.3 in general has really increased in popularity over here in the US. I do not see near as many rifles for sale anymore. Just a couple years ago, people couldn't sell them cause of ammo availability. I ended up buying a Sako 85 Classic off of a guy for that reason. He hated the recoil and lack of ammo.
