Looking forward help.
Looking for someone with Quickloads to let me know if pressures are acceptable.
I have a custom built a 7mm SAUM. 30" Bartlein 1 in 8 twist. Running 60gr H1000 with BR2 primers behind 195 Berger EOL's 1gr. Below starting point according to Hodgdons but that's With 175gr bullets.
Reason I ask is... It's running 3002 fps. SD. It shoots GREAT ! my best 3 shot group at 100 yards @ .127 but !!! Norma brass is good for about 3 loads.
Brass flow is bad and Bolt gets Really sticky. Even let's go. Requiring cleaning rod to remove fired Brass.

Thank you for your help.

Your way over. 3000 with a 180 is hard to do with H1000. I don't have quickload but I would suspect around 2900 would be 65k for that set up.

In a 26" proof 8.24 twist I topped out at 60.5 gr H1000 @ 2835 with 1/4 MOA accuracy in Norma brass with BR2 primer. I reloaded 3 cases 13 times and primer pockets still great. I did anneal every other firing after 4. I ultimately got away from the 195 and am shooting the 180 hybrid at 2900 fps with one 62.2 gr H1000, norma Brass and BR2 primer. One hole at 100 yds and consistent 3" three shot groups at 1K with single digit ES and SD. This is in a long action with .180 freebore reamer. At this point it seems like the Norma brass is going to last forever with annealing. Your 30" barrel is certainly helping with velo but I would shade it back a bit based on your comments.

Reduce your loads!! Sticky is NOT good. You have a long barrel use the same load with a slower power. It should work if you're not to hot.

My stick built by GA Precision.

I'm built on a long action. I was wondering about the Freebore in my chamber for the 195's.
Jammed bullets create higher pressures. Thanks.

I used your barrel length and my set up for h-1000 and 2900 fps is over 65000 psi but that is my gun
be very cautious your on the ragged edge
