7mm Remington mag 26in barrel loading a 145 gr btsp speer?

I'm working on finding a good power load for a 145 gr BTSP speer bullet so far the best powered load I've found is 67 grains 4350 IMR and a fed 215 primer.I'm trying to reach a speed of 3200 FPS.The rifle is a thompson encore with a 26 inch barrel.

For starters I'd use 68-70 gr of H1000. I'd also expect to need about 74-75 gr of the stuff to get to 3200.
