6.5X284 BOXER Lapua Brass

Good morning,

Can anyone shed some light on the BOXER designation on this new old stock Lapua Brass? I've never seen it before. Will this work in a standard 6.5x284 Norma Chamber? The only information I can find is in regards to the primer pocket being boxed.

They are two types of primers. Berdan and boxer. You have boxer type which are regular single flash hole primers. You're good to go.
