6.5 STW

Hi all, looking for some advice on a starting load for my 6.5 STW 1-8 twist. Has anyone has luck running the 143 ELDs out of these? I've heard they may come apart at higher speeds. Thinking 80gr of RL33 would be ok to start. I've seen a few people talk about running RL33 in their 6.5-300s but not many list charge weights. Any help is appreciated.
