When did the new Remington company file bankruptcy
Remington under Cerebus, took on too much debt and also moved from NY to Alabama. They declared bankruptcy in March of 2018. They also filed again in 2020 and the company was broken up and sold into various entitites after that. This action was purchased in April of 2020.
