Just finished my 6.5 PRC rem 700 remage build. M40 stock, RUM Action, timney trigger and a 1:8 Crown Ridge Barrel Works fluted barrel. Can wait to get some reloads worked up.

Great looking Rifle !
I like the affordable Build's! Just makes me do more projects .
Keep us posted how it shoots . I need a few of the 6.5 builds for some family members .

Brant I have two buddy's that shot our last 1 mile milk jug Challenge that shoot the 6.5 prc . They shoot great your going to like this build . If I'm not mistaken they both are shooting the 140 bergers .

I have shot a 5 shot .86 inch group with factory ammo and a cheap stock. Hoping once i get it bedded and some reloads going it gets even better. Just put this stock on today. For those that havent tried it the magpul hunter bottom metal will fit with very little dremel work.

It may be a "budget" build but it looks very nice. I am looking at doing that with a M700 .270 in my safe when I finish researching cartridge possibilities. I have a B&C Sendero contour stock I picked up for $100.00.
I am thinking right now about the Wea. 6.5 RPM, more likely than a PRC because I think it will come near to the .264WM.
