6.5 Creedmore max load

Your fliers to me honestly look like operator error most likely behind the gun but possibly in your loading techniques.

Even with that flier the spread is right about almost exactly an inch.

Few of us are perfect behind the gun ever and none of us can be all of the time. The slightest twitch can throw you off an inch or more.

I'd say it looks like you're doing quite well and from here improvements are going to be small and very incremental.
 
Hey Tackdriver, what's the primary purpose of the rifle, hunting or competition? I read thru the entire thread, I apologize if I missed it...
 
I ask because a lot of guys reaching for the high velocity accuracy nodes are using 308 Palma (small primer) brass necked down to 6.5 Creedmoor. Smaller primer pockets/thicker web holds up to hotter loads and is known for smaller ES/SD
