I've got a DPMS AR-10 in 260 Rem. I wouldn't do it to this pristine rifle but was just wondering if a man could re-chamber this gun to a 6.5-284? Same bolt face. Same length action. Same bore. Staggered magazine that would probably work with a reducef capacity. Has it already been done? Is it possible? Thoughts?
