Thanks for the pics and info, seeking seems to be the common denominator in those setups, the last setup looks to be where I am heading as it will be almost exact dimensions etc.

I just really like Seekins. I am sure Badger, ARC (American Rifle Co.), Hawkins, etc. would all be similar as long as ring height is the same.

Here is the same rifle in its final configuration. Wears a Premier Heritage Light Tactical 3-15×50 now, in Seekins 30mm low (.82") rings. I have shot it out over 1500 with no issues, scope.is plenty for medium game at that distance. A little bit further than I would shoot for hunting, but nice to know it is fully capable if a coyote pops out at 1500.

anybody mount a 56 mm objective on a ridgeline or 700 action with a proof barrel? Need mounting options to keep it low?
I just bought a Ridgeline 7mm,
I mounted a nightforce 5x22-56mm
On nightforce low rings & nightforce 0moa
Base,
There 1/8" gap from bell to the barrel.

Do you already have a scope or open there too. If so Leupold used to make a half moon cut out in some of their 56's and mount real low.
