338 Norma Mag VS 338 EDGE VS 338 Laupa???

Simple as this, I was talked into building a 338 RUM love the rifle but i couldn't find the good brass that i wanted for about 18 months or so, so go with 338 Lapua it is more common. I wish I had. I went back through and read some other post it seems that I am right STICK WITH LAPUA the brass falls off of the shelfs; you practically kick them out of your way walking to the .22 ammo HA-HA. You probably can find the 300 grain bullets in which the 338 LM love. I hate to say it but if I could find a sucker to buy my 338 RUM I'd sell it in a heartbeat so I could load/338 LM

I have both. 338 NORMA AND 338 AX WITH IS THE LAPUA -IMP. the 338ax shoot 3000 with a 30''tub. the 338 Norma shoot 2640 WITH A 24'' Tub. BOTH ARE 1/2 MOA GUNS. I am rebarell the 338 Norma to a 338 Lapua -imp. 28'' tub. After you shot over 2900 with less wind drift less MOA up. at well past 1000 yards with better brass the Norma is not for me. I have 12 reload on my Lapua brass so far. I annealing after every shot brass is still good. The Norma is a great little case. But the brass will not come close to Lapua.

I hunt with a 338 Edge but that will change for the 2016 season, by Sept I will be out in the Alaskan wilderness with a 338 of my own design....... here is a comparison pic I made a few weeks ago to compare the other 338's to my wildcat 338 Long Range Hunter (338 LRH)............... a long throated design made to run in Accurate mags with Zero impact on case capacity, I can use 338 Norma Mag, 300 Norma Mag, 423 Dakota brass and cut down and formed 338 Lapua brass.......... no shortage of brass there..... unlike the RUM brass of late
Hey, I know this is an old post but are you still using your 338 LRH?
