Anyone running it with 300 grain bullets? I've read through a bunch of threads on guys using it for 250s. Thanks Duane

Well I've got RL33 also. Just wondering if anyone found 26 to work as well with a lil gain in velocity.

I've been running rl33 for a few different 338s I have had for a long time. Got an amazing load for a 300 win mag with rl26 recently though. Starting load development on a new 338 ai soon so want to hear people's talk about rl26 in this thread as I am stocked up and would like to cut down the number of powders I have on hand. Guess I could have just clicked watch thread but I am too interested in typing this out on my phone now.

Just ran a ladder today with RL 26 and 300 Berger's and 270 ELDx. Fed 215M primers and 28" Carbon Six 1-9t barrel with the 300 Berger's
87.0-2838 2842
87.5-2842 2852
88.0-2844 2833
88.5-2855 2875
89.0-2879 2893 Slight Ejector marks, had to turn just right in the sun
89.5-2932 2904 slight ejector marks

With 27" Lilja #6 1-10t barrel and 270 ELDx @ 300 yds
88.5 - 2897 2902
89.0 - 2908 2878
89.5 - 2904 2895
90.0 - 2925 2955
90.5 - 2953 2961 2981 shot as 3 shot group just over 2"
Was really too windy but really wanted to shoot, 15-20 with gusts to 27 outta my 10 o'clock. Hell we even had a bit of mirage today, sunny 50°F. Encouraged by what I saw.

I think I found a keeper for the 270gr ELDx and RL26.
89.5gr RL 26
270gr ELD-x
Lapua Brass
Fed 215 M
Shoot this over a magneto speed yesterday and got some pretty good numbers. 8 shots avg 2903fps 2899 min 2906 max. ES 7 and SD was 2.9. I've never gotten this lucky before. I did shoot same load 3 days ago and it was very similar, ES 8 and avg 2905 that day.
