Anybody have data on this combination? I just shot a small ladder test and my velocities were a bit higher than what I've found from others. But everything I found was a few years old. Thanks for any contributions

26" RUM. From 99-100gr I stayed right around 2870-2880 FPS. Which I am happy with. But I saw other guys saying they were getting low 2800's with the same charge. Just made me curious is all

I'm running 92.1gr N570 with 300 bergers in my rum, shoots tiny groups @ 2820 fps. I ran some velocity testing with RL33 but never did any further development. I had N570 over 2900 as well as RL33. RL33 isn't very temp stable so shelved it. Burns very dirty too unless you keep it close to lands.

338 AX
30"
300gr Berger
104.2gr RL33
2931fps in Florida temps at sea level

300 gr. Berger OTM over 102.0 gr. of RL33. Neither a hot or mild load. Custom 338 Allen Xpress (338 Lapua Improved) with 28" barrel. Velocity is 2,960 fps. I found RL33 gave me 75 to 100 fps more than Retumbo or H1000.

Yeah H1000 left quite a bit to be desired for me as well. Sounds like all of you guys are in the same efficiency range as me also. Now I wonder about RL26 because it did quite well for me with the 285 ELD

I've run 26 with the 270 ELDx in my other gun (338 LM) and had really good luck ES and SD wise. I didn't play around as much with it and the 300's as I'd had a gun previously that really liked RL33 and 300 and kinda went right back to that combo. It definitely showed promise though.
