Step 1 buy Peterson 300WM Long brass. Less brass life loss out of gate. Everything else works better.

Personally, I FL 80% of my brass, also anneal 80%, 100% of the time. I size the belt area of belted cases100% of the time.
The only thing is I shoot a 308NM rifle. I don't have that problem. 300WM brass are long to start with. Can't quite get the velocity out of the 308NM, but close enough.

I've only used lee and rcbs so far. No complaints about either but actually prefer lee. Seem to be built tougher and no less precise in my experience. And importantly the seating die has absolutely zero
Issues with the 225 eld m I like using in my 300 and the rcbs seating dies really do need that special eld stem or they crush or deform the tips.

I've seen a lowly whitetail take a hit from mine and still do a dead run 40-50 yards or so…
